Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Řízení a hodnocení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců“ se věnuje analýze řízení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců a zhodnocení jejich pracovní činnosti ve společnosti, AŽD Praha. Práce má dvě části, v teoretické části se zabývá studiem doporučené literatury a bude obsahovat čtyři tematické oblasti: vymezení základních pojmů jako je management, manažer, druhá tematická oblast vysvětluje pojmy řízení výkonu zaměstnanců (charakteristiku, nástroje, motivace a stimulace, dohodu o pracovním výkonu a rolí manažerů v procesu řízení pracovního výkonu), třetí část se věnuje hodnocením pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců, jejími formami a metodami, kritérii hodnocení pracovního výkonu a hodnotícím rozhovorem. Čtvrtá oblast popisuje diferenciací mezi řízením pracovního výkonu a hodnocením zaměstnanců. Na tuto teoretickou část pak navazuje praktická část, která má dvě tematické oblasti – analýzu konkrétní společnosti (profil, historii, organizační strukturu, ekonomickou stránku společnosti, hodnocení zaměstnanců a péče o ně, hodnocení zaměstnanců prostřednictvím webu). Součástí je empirická část, jejíž hlavní náplní je realizace výzkumu. Byly stanoveny 3 výzkumné otázky. Tyto výzkumné otázky budou na základě vyhodnocení shromážděných dotazníků potvrzeny nebo vyvráceny. Na základě toho bude možné konstatovat, je-li hodnocení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců úspěšné a spravedlivé. Poslední část pak předkládá návrhy na zlepšení systému řízení a hodnocení pracovního výkonu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Management and evaluation of employee performance" is devoted to the analysis of employee performance management and evaluation of their work activities in the company, AŽD Praha. The thesis has two parts, the theoretical part deals with the study of recommended literature and will contain four thematic areas: definition of basic concepts such as management, manager, the second thematic area explains the concepts of employee performance management (characteristics, tools, motivation and stimulation, performance agreement and the role of managers in the process of performance management), the third part deals with the evaluation of employee performance, its forms and methods, performance evaluation criteria and evaluation interview. The fourth area describes the differentiation between performance management and employee evaluation. This theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which has two thematic areas - analysis of a particular company (profile, history, organizational structure, and economic side of the company, evaluation of employees and care for them, evaluation of employees via the web). It includes an empirical part, the main content of which is the implementation of research. Three hypothetical questions were identified. These hypotheses will be confirmed or refuted based on the evaluation of the collected questionnaires. On this basis, it will be possible to state whether the evaluation of employees' work performance is successful and fair. The last part then presents proposals for improving the management system and performance evaluation.
