Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na systém hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců v podniku ČEMEBO. V teoretické části práce je kladen důraz na systém hodnocení a na odměňování zaměstnanců z bibliografických a internetových zdrojů. Diploma thesis focuses on employee evaluation system analysis in ČEMEBO company. In the theoretical part, the thesis places emphasis on employee evaluation system analysis from bibliography and internet sources.
