Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice bolesti ve sledovaném vzorku pacientů po totální náhradě kyčelního nebo kolenního kloubu. Těžiště práce tvoří průzkumné šetření, ve kterém byla zjišťována intenzita bolesti v časném pooperačním období v závislosti na vybraných determinantách a míra informovanosti pacientů o pooperační analgezii. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of pain in the sample of patients after total hip or knee replacement surgery. The main part of the thesis is formed by a survey which examined pain intensity in the early postoperative period depending on selected determinants and the level of awareness of patients on postoperative analgesia.
