Platobný styk SR v kontexte práva

System of payment of the Slovak republik in the context of law
Abstract:
The aim of our bachelors work is to describe the system of payment of the Slovak republic in the context of law. In the first chapter of the work I describe a division of the payment system and a law about the system of payment. In the second chapter I focus on the instruments ofnoncash payment system. In the third chapter I pursue the payment systems what are operated in the Slovak republic.
Abstract:
Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce je popísať platobný styk SR v kontexte práva. V prvej kapitole bakalárskej práce popisujem členenie platobného styku a zákon o platobnom styku. V druhej kapitole popisujem nástroje bezhotovostného platobného styku. V tretej kapitole sa venujem platobným systémom, ktoré sú prevádzkované v SR.
