Comparison of Resolution of Conflict Situations before and after basic Police Training

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá způsob řešení konfliktních situací a okolností jejich útoků u nově nastupujících policistů před a po absolvování základní odborné přípravy u Policie České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kterými je část teoretická a část praktická. V teoretické části jsou řešeny okolnosti konfliktních situací a je zde uvedena také odborná literatura, ze které bylo čerpáno. V části praktické se věnuji rozboru dat pořízených prostřednictvím tištěných dotazníků, které vyplnili policisté před a po absolvování základní odborné přípravy. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo získat pohled na řešení konfliktních situací a okolností útoků u nově nastupujících policistů, zejména vnímání těchto situací z hlediska pohlaví dotazovaných respondentů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis examines the way of solving the conflict situations and the circumstances of their attacks with the new emerging policemen officers before and after the basic professional training at the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts, which are part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part deals with the circumstances of conflicting situations and there is also the specialized literature from which it was drawn. In the practical part, I deal with the analysis of data obtained through printed questionnaires filled in by police officers before and after basic professional training. The main aim of the diploma thesis was to get a look at the solution of the conflict situations and the circumstances of the attacks of the newly emerging policemen officers, especially the perception of these situations in terms of the sex of respondents.
