Abstract:
Tato práce byla zaměřena na právní a psychologické hledisko režimu Home office za doby pandemie COVID-19. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a z toho vyvozených výsledků vzešlo doporučení a využití do budoucna. Závěrem je praktické budoucí využití nejen při pandemii COVID-19 a možnosti zefektivnění stávající práce a zlepšení produktivity.Abstract:
This work was focused on the legal and psychological aspects of the Home office regime during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the help of a questionnaire survey and the results derived from this, recommendations and use for the future emerged. The conclusion is the practical future use not only in the COVID-19 pandemic and the possibility of streamlining existing work and improving productivity.
