Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odsouzené ve výkonu trestu, jeho dovršením a propuštěním na svobodu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny obecné pojmy vězeňství, funkce penitenciárních a postpenitenciárních programů v návaznosti na reintegraci vězně. Abstract:
The bachelor´s theses is focused on convicts serving a sentence, its completion and release. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the general concepts of prison, the function of penitentiary and post-penitentiary programs in relation to the reintegration of the prisoner.
