Assessment of the new labour code and its influence on the labour cost of the firm
Abstract:
Po více jak 40. letech vstoupil v platnost nový zákoník práce, který není pouhou novelizací. Přináší změny jak zaměstnavatelům, tak zaměstnancům. Jednou z velkých změn je rozšíření příplatků za práci a také zvýšení jejich finančního ohodnocení. Což způsobilo nárůst mzdových nákladů firmy.
Abstract:
After more than 40 years the new labur code, which is not only an amendment, came into force. It brings many changes not only for employers but also for employers. One of the major changes is the larger scale of premiums and also the increase of their financial evaluation. It has caused the increase of wage cost of the firm.
