Design and implementation of application suitable for the providing of services in the SaaS model

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je návrh a implementace aplikace vhodné pro poskytování služeb v modelu SaaS (Software as a Service) se zaměřením na firemní marketing malé firmy. Práce shrnuje model SaaS jako formu outsourcingu zhodnocením výhod a nevýhod, které určují požadavky na tvorbu a provoz aplikace tohoto typu. V praktické části diplomové práce bude implementována aplikace pro marketingové řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM ? Customer Relati-onship Management) podle požadavků potencionálního zákazníka.

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis is to design and implementation of application suitable for the providing of services in the SaaS model (Software as a Service) with a focus on small business marketing company. This thesis summarizes the SaaS model as a form of outsourcing appreciation of the advantages and disad-vantages, which determine the requirements for the creation and operation of the application of this type. In the practical part of the thesis will be filled out appli-cations for marketing, customer relationship management (CRM - Customer Re-lationship Management) as required by potential customer.
