Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je koncipována teoreticko – empiricky a jejím cílem je zjištění, jaká je současná situace výskytu šikany na střední odborné škole. V teoretické části BP jsou prezentovány základní poznatky, jak je popisují soudobé odborné prameny (definice, historie, agrese, agresivita, formy, projevy, směry, stádia, důsledky, prevence a aktéři šikany). Cílem empirické části je analýza postojů studujících vybrané střední školy, s důrazem na projevy šikany, osobnost šikanovaných a šikanérů, motivace k šikaně a možnosti její prevence. Výzkumná sonda je provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is designed on the theoretical-empirical background with the aim to describe and analyze current situation of the occurrence of bullying at a secondary vocational school. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic information on this subject is reflected as presented by recent expert resources (topics include definitions, history, aggression, aggressiveness, forms, manifestations, directions, levels, consequences, prevention and actors of bullying). The aim of the empirical part is to analyze the attitudes of selected secondary school students, with emphasis on the manifestations of bullying, the character of bullied and bullies, the motivation for bullying and the possibility of its prevention. Research was designed and performed through a questionnaire survey.
