Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského záměru na založení laserové střelnice v Třebíči. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy v oblasti podnikání a popisuje strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní podnikatelský záměr, zahrnující analýzu trhu, konkurence, marketingovou strategii, organizační strukturu, finanční plán a analýzu rizik. Výsledkem práce je komplexní podnikatelský plán, který může sloužit jako základ pro založení a provozování laserové střelnice. Práce využívá teoretických poznatků i praktických informací získaných prostřednictvím průzkumu trhu a analýzy prostředí. Na základě provedených analýz byla navržena obchodní a marketingová strategie a finanční plán, který ukázal, že projekt má potenciál k dlouhodobému růstu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny klíčové faktory úspěchu projektu a jeho možný vývoj v regionu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of a business plan for the establishment of a laser shooting range in Trebic. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts in the field of entrepreneurship and describes the structure of the business plan. The practical part focuses on the specific business plan, including market analysis, competition analysis, marketing strategy, organizational structure, financial plan and risk analysis. The result of the work is a comprehensive business plan that can serve as a basis for establishing and operating a laser shooting range. The thesis uses theoretical knowledge and practical information obtained through market research and environmental analysis. Based on the analyses conducted, a business and marketing strategy and a financial plan were proposed, which showed that the project has the potential for long-term growth. The thesis concludes with the key success factors of the project and its possible development in the region.
