Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce Vliv ekonomické krize na hospodaření vybraného podniku je zaměření se na dopady ekonomické krize na podnik Petschl – Transporte (Česko), s. r. o., sídlící v Českých Budějovicích, jehož předmětem podnikání je silniční nákladní doprava. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. Teoretická část je věnována problematice celosvětové hospodářské krize, příčinám jejího vzniku, průběhu a dopadu na Českou republiku. Je zde popsán dopad krize na odvětví dopravy a logistiky. Dále jsou zde popsány vybrané ukazatele hodnocení výkonnosti podniku a základní pojmy týkající se analýz podnikatelského prostředí. Aplikační část práce se zabývá rozborem vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy. Pomocí sesbíraných dat týkajících se výnosů, nákladů, výsledku hospodaření, zaměstnanců a mezd jsou identifikovány konkrétní změny v hospodaření podniku v průběhu ekonomické krize. V konečné fázi jsou na podnik aplikovány vybrané analýzy podnikatelského prostředí, tj. SWOT analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. Výsledkem této práce je celkové zhodnocení dopadu ekonomické krize na hospodaření vybraného podniku, zhodnocení jeho strategie a navržení případných změn, které by vedly k vyšší konkurenceschopnosti podniku a také by napomohly k jeho větší odolnosti v případě další krize.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis The influence of the economic crisis on the selected management company is to focus on the impacts of the economic crisis on the company Petschl – Transporte (Czech Republic), Ltd., based in České Budějovice, whose business is freight transport by road. The work is divided into several parts. The theoretical part deals with the issue of global economic crisis, causes of its origin, course and impact on the Czech Republic. There is described an impact of the crisis on the transport and logistics. Furthermore, there are presented an explanation of basic indicators of company performance and evaluation of basic concepts relating to the business environment analysis. The application part deals with the analysis of internal and external environment of the company. By using collected data on revenues, costs, profit, employees and wages of employees, specific changes in the management of the company are identified during the economic crisis. In the final stage, selected business environment analyses are applied on the business, i.e. SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model. The result of this work is to evaluate the overall impact of the economic crisis on the economy of the selected company, an evaluation of its strategy and proposing any changes that would lead to increased business competitiveness and also to assist in the greater its resilience in the event of another crisis.
