Nursing Process in Care of Patient with Bronchogenic Carcinoma

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s bronchogenním karcinomem. Bronchogenní karcinom patří mezi nejčastější zhoubná onemocnění u mužů a trvale narůstá jeho incidence u žen. Cílem práce je vytvoření plánu ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s bronchogenním karcinomem v kontextu ošetřovatelského procesu vycházejícího ze stanovených ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA ? International taxonomie II, vztahující se k potřebám pacienta po plicní operaci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje 3 kapitoly, které se věnují bronchogennímu karcinomu (morfologie onemocnění, etiologie, klinické příznaky, diagnostika bronchogenního karcinomu a léčba), hrudní drenáži a ošetřovatelské péči u pacienta s plicní operací, která zahrnuje předoperační přípravu, intraoperační a pooperační péči. V praktické části je vypracován ošetřovatelský proces u konkrétního pacienta s rozsáhlým bronchogenním karcinomem, který vychází ze stanovených ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA ? International taxonomie II, vztahujících se k potřebám pacienta s touto diagnózou. Mapuje dobu předoperační, intraoperační, pooperační.

Abstract:

The final thesis is focused on nursing process of the patient with bronchogenic carcinoma.The bronchogenic carcinoma belongs to one of the most occured malign disease in men?s s population esspecially and its incidence increases in women?s s population as well. The main purpose of the work is creating a nursing care plan for a patient with bronchogenic carcinoma in the context of the health care process incoming from early established and determined nursing diagnosis of NANDA ? The International Taxonomy II which refers to the needs of the patients after undergoing the lung surgery. The work is dividended into the theoretical and practical part. The first one contains of three chapters which pay attention to the bronchogenic carcimoma itself /morfology of the disease, ethiology, the clinical symptoms,the diagnostices of bronchogenic carcinoma and the therapy/, thoracic drainage and also to the nursing care of the patient after thoracic surgery which includes pre-, peri and post operative care. In the practical part there is created a nursing care process for a particular patient with wide-spreaded bronchogenic carcinoma.It leans upon the established nursing diagnoses of NANDA ? The International Taxonomy II, regarded to the needs of the patients with this kind of the disease.The focus is on the pre-, intra-, and post operative period.
