Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám střevním onemocněním celiakie. V teoretické části popisuji její definici, diagnostiku, léčbu, terapii a dále se zaměřuji na možnosti stravování. V praktické části provádím výzkum dotazníkovou metodou, do jaké míry je veřejnost informovaná o nemoci celiakie. Dále pracuji s kazuistikami (životními příběhy), ve kterých porovnávám možnosti stravování před a po roce 1989 …more
Abstract:
In his thesis deals with the intestinal disease, celiac disease. In the theoretical part of its definition, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and to focus on restaurants. In the practice of doing research in the questionnaire, the extent to which the public is informed about celiac disease. They also work with case studies (story), which compare dining options before and after 1989.
