Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hypotečních úvěrů. Cílem této práce je analýza hypotečního trhu v České republice a poté hypotečních nabídek vybraných bank. Na základě literárních zdrojů byly definovány základní pojmy a principy hypotéky. V praktické části je zhodnocen současný stav na hypotečním trhu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of mortgage loans. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the mortgage market in the Czech Republic and then mortgage offers of selected banks.
