Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá pracovním stresem a syndromem vyhoření u manažera. V práci je popsán stres, jeho vliv na člověka, pracovní stres, syndrom vyhoření, příčiny, léčba a různé rady pro lepší zvládání stresových situací. Důležitou části práce je praktická část, kde je celkový výsledek dotazníku, který měl zjistit, zda manažeři v oblasti zdravotnictví a školství mají problémy se stresem ve svém zaměstnání.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with working stress and manager´s burnout syndrome. It describes the stress, its influence to person, the working stress, the burnout syndrome, and the sources of the problems, the treatment and other advices of better dealing with stressful situations. Very important part of this thesis is the practise part, where is written the general result of my questionnaire which uncovers if the asked managers from public health and education area have some problems with working stress.
