Primary school teachers’ approach to teaching the topic “Earth and Space"

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vymezení tématu "Země a vesmír" pro účely prvního stupně základní školy, mapování toho, jak se tímto tématem zabývají pedagogové na prvním stupni základní školy. V teoretické části práce je popsáno začlenění tématu v kurikulárních dokumentech, na státní úrovni i na úrovni vybraných základních škol, jsou vymezeny cíle a obsahy výuky, učební pomůcky a výukové metody a formy využívané na prvním stupni. Výzkumná část mapuje přístup učitelů prvního stupně základní školy k výuce tématu o Zemi a vesmíru.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the definition of the topic "Earth and Space" for the purpose of the first grade of a primary school, mapping how this topic is dealt with by teachers at the first level of a primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the integration of the topic in curriculum documents, both at the national level and at selected primary schools, the objectives and contents of teaching are defined, and teaching aids and teaching methods and forms used in the first primary school. The research part maps the approach of first-grade teachers in primary schools to teaching the topic of the Earth and the Universe.
