Possibilities for the development of transport firm
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na otázku rozvoje střední dopravní firmy. Prostřednictvím strategického managementu se věnuje problematice analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy. Na základě získaných výsledků sumarizovaných do SWOT analýzy, identifikuje mimo jiné i příležitosti, které jsou následně podkladem pro návrhy rozvoje firmy.
Abstract:
The thesis is aimed at the question of development of a middle logistics firm. With the help of the strategic management it speaks about the issues of external environment analysis and internal environment analysis firm. Based on the outcome summarized in the SWOT analysis, identifies among other things opportunities. Which are the bases for further development of the firm.
