Diplomové práce se zaměřuje na organizační kulturu a měření její síly. Teoretická část vymezuje organizační kultura a problematiku s ní spojenou. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou organizační kultury ve vybrané organizaci.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the organizational culture and measuring its strength. The theoretical part defines organizacional culture and its problems. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of organizational culture in the chosen organizational.
