Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem personální práce v podniku. Protože toto téma je velice obsáhlé, tak se práce specializuje na podoblast řízení lidských zdrojů a personální řízení. Práce má dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické přibližuje čtenáři vývoj personální práce v podniku, její obsah a dále se zaměřuje na již výše zmíněné řízení lidských zdrojů a personální management. V praktické jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části na stavební společnost Hochtief CZ a. s.. Je nutné dodat zjištění, že praktická stránka využití poznatků Human Resource managementu se značně liší, od stránky teoretické. Pro posouzení situace ve společnosti Hochtief CZ a. s. bude přistoupeno k porovnání s konkurencí a s ideálním teoretickým stavem, tedy s teorií řízení lidských zdrojů. Jako porovnávací subjekty byly vybrány společnosti Skanska a. s. a společnost Metrostav. Protože se praktická situace značně liší od teoretické, bude v závěru přistoupeno k opatřením, která by měla zlepšit situací ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of my work is a personal work in the company. Because this topic is very broad, so the work focuses on sub-human resource management and personnel management. The work has two main parts the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical development brings readers personnel work in the company, its content and focusing on the above referred to human resource management and personnel management. The secondary aim theoretical part is to describe the gradual improvement of relations between employer and employee. The practical application of knowledge of the theoretical part of the construction company Hochtief CZ, a.s. It should be pointed finding that practical side is very different from the theoretical site. Another finding was that levels of staffing and work performance among individual companies very considerably. In conclusion, the real situation is compared with the required and suggested actions.
