Bullying. Approach of Poradenské centrum pro drogové a jiné závislosti. (Counselling Centre for Drug and Other Addiction)

Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce, Šikana. Přístup Poradenského centra pro drogové a jiné závislosti, se snaží čtenáře v úvodní části seznámit s teoretickými podklady, které se šikany týkají. Teoretická část vychází z logického vývoje šikany. Postupuje od obecných informací vymezujících pojem šikana, přes konkrétní charakteristiky aktérů šikany, příčin, fází a druhů šikany až k jejím důsledkům. Praktickým hlediskem, jak se v případě výskytu šikany zachovat, jsou dále kapitoly přibližující diagnostiku, vyšetřování a léčbu šikany, včetně charakteristiky základního intervenčního programu. Na závěr teoretické části je uvedena kapitola o prevenci šikany. Druhou větší částí diplomové práce je výzkumná část, která je věnována popisu konkrétního přístupu léčby šikany v rámci činnosti Poradenského centra pro drogové a jiné závislosti. Tato část obsahuje reálné kroky, které poradenské centrum pro zlepšení vztahů ve třídách základních škol v Brně koná. Metody použité pro zisk informací jsou nestrukturovaný rozhovor, nestandardizované pozorování a studium dokumentů. Na závěr práce je vyslovena domněnka, že by bylo možné v práci dále pokračovat a zabývat se blíže vztahem pedagog - žáci, který je pro vztahy ve třídě velmi významný.

Abstract:

Masters graduation theses, Bullying. In cooperation with Poradentské centrum pro drogové a jiné závislosti (Counselling Centre for Drug and Other Addiction), try to inform about theoretical reasons, which are in connection with bullying. Theoretical part of my work is premised on logical development of bullying. You can see in chronological sequences the determination of bullying, as a term, with help of general information, then factual characteristics of persons involved in bullying, next to reasons, stages, kinds of bullying, as far as consequences of bullying. Practical point of view, what is necessary to do in the event of bullying occurrence, are also chapters about diagnostics, investigation and treatment of bullying, inclusive characteristics basic interventional programme. Prevention of bullying is the final Chapter of theoretical part. Second part of Masters graduation theses is experimental part, that is presentation of description concrete access treatment of bullying in scope of activity of Poradenské centrum pro drogové a jiné závislosti (Counselling Centre for Drug and Other Addiction). This part includes real steps, which were realised by centre for improvement of relation in classes of basic schools in Brno. Methods used for information gaining are no-structured interview, non-standard observation and study of documents. As a conclusion of the work is pronouncedly supposition, that it should be possible to continue in this work and deal more closely with relation between pedagogue and pupils, which is very important for social atmosphere in the class.
