Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou predátorských cen a tržního podílu firmy. První část je zaměřena na definování predátorského jednání. Druhá část popisuje modely predátorských cen. The Master's thesis deals with the issue of predatory pricing and market share of the company. The first part focuses on definition of predation. The second part describes the models of predatory pricing. In the last part we extend the model „limit pricing“ to allow that a predatory company has a parameterized market share.
