Financial audit and its results
Abstract:
V úvodní části je bakalářská práce věnována základním faktům v oblasti finančního auditu. Zabývá se současnou problematikou právní úpravy v ČR, teoretickým průběhem auditu a jeho možných výsledcích. Ve druhé části analyzuje průběh auditu ve společnosti Konzum, obchodní družstvo v Ústí nad Orlicí a posuzuje postavení společnosti ve skupině COOP Česká republika.
Abstract:
In the first part of the bachelor's thesis focused on the basic facts of the financial audit. It deals with current problems of legal regulation in the Czech republic, the theoretical course of the audit and its possible results. The second part analyzes the audit of Konzum, business cooperative in Usti nad Orlici and assesses the status of the group COOP Czech Republic.
