Evaluation of the results of revitalization of a residential house with a prefab construction system

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na průběh revitalizace panelového konstrukčního systému. Obsahem teoretické části je uvedení do problematiky související s výstavbou a vývojem panelových soustav v ČR. Dále teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé stavební práce nutné k prodloužení životnosti staveb v důsledku jejich degradace. Praktická část práce řeší průběh konkrétní panelové konstrukční soustavy typu B70. Hodnocení výsledků revitalizace je především zaměřeno na úspory za energie na vytápění a zlepšení kvality života pro obyvatele domu. Součástí praktické části je termografické měření, které vyhodnocuje, zda bylo vlivem revitalizace dosaženo požadovaného stavu objektu z hlediska tepelných ztrát.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on revitalization of panel construction system. The content of the theoretical part is introduction to problems related to the construction and development of panel systems in the Czech Republic. Fur-thermore, the theoretical part describes the individual construction work neces-sary to extend the life of buildings due to their degradation. The practical part of the work deals with the course of concrete panel construction system type B70. The evaluation of the revitalization results is primarily aimed at saving energy for heating and improving the quality of life for residents. Part of the practical part is a thermographic measurement, which evaluates whether the required state of the object in terms of heat loss has been achieved due to revitalization.
