Bakalářská práce se zabývá reformami trhu práce v Itálii. Zaměřuje se zejména na prozkoumání významu hlavních institucionálních faktorů a regulací na italském trhu práce. Autorka se zaměřila na legislativní ochranu zaměstnanosti, strukturu mzdového vyjednávání, aktivní politiku trhu práce, zdanění práce, sociální dávky a systém podpory v nezaměstnanosti celkově. Bachelor thesis deals with labor market reforms in Italy. It focuses mainly on exploring the meaning of the main institutional factors and the regulation of the Italian labor market. The author focused on employment protection legislation, wage bargaining structure, active labor market policies, labor taxation, social benefits and unemployment benefits system over all.
