The thesis titled "Effect of economic crisis on the change of behavior management in hospitality" deals with the theory and practice of strategic management during a crisis situation at the hotel. The aim of this thesis is a summary of findings regarding the conduct of management in hospitality and subsequent evaluation of behavioral changes in my chosen hotel companies during the crisis period.
