Project Proposal for the Cultural Monument Regeneration in the Territory of the Přerov District

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou kulturních památek, které jsou významným dokladem historického vývoje společnosti, nedílnou součástí kulturního dědictví lidu, významným činitelem životního prostředí a nenahraditelného bohatství státu. Péče o kulturní památky zahrnuje činnosti, opatření či rozhodnutí, jimiž orgány a odborná organizace státní památkové péče zabezpečují zachování, ochranu, zpřístupňování a vhodné uplatnění kulturních památek. Nakládání s kulturními památkami je upraveno zákonem o státní památkové péči. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit současný stav nemovitého kulturního dědictví na území okresu Přerov a představit návrh projektu na obnovu vnějšího pláště kostela Nanebevzetí panny Marie ve Staré Vsi u Přerova, a to při zachování celistvosti a autenticity kostela. V rámci projektu je navrţen i vhodný výběr dotačních titulů pro financovánítéto rekonstrukce. Součástí projektu je také provedena analýza rizik: finanční, technická,organizační a personální.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the protection of cultural monuments, which are an important proof of the historical development of society, an integral part of the cultural heritage of the people, an important factor in the environment and the irreplaceable wealth of the state. The care of cultural monuments includes activities, measures or decisions by which the authorities and the professional organization of state care ensure the preservation, protection, accessibility and appropriate use of cultural monuments. The handling of cultural monuments is regulated by Act No. 20/1987 Coll., On State Monument Care, as amended. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of cultural heritage on the territory of the Přerov district and to present a project for the restoration of the outer mantle of the Virgin Mary Assumption Church in Stará Ves near Přerov, while maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the church. The project also proposes a suitable selection of subsidy titles to finance this reconstruction. The project also includes a risk analysis, financial, technical, organizational and personnel analysis.
