Diplomová práce hledá odpověď na otázku, jaká jsou slabá místa současného nastavení potírání nelegální migrace v České republice (ČR). Zvolenou metodou výzkumu je policy analysis. Cíl práce je naplněn prostřednictvím deskriptivních a analytických postupů při zkoumání migrační politiky a konkrétních nejzásadnějších opatření proti nelegální migraci na území ČR. This diploma thesis seeks an answer to the question what are the weak points in the current illegal immigration countering scheme in the Czech Republic. Policy analysis was chosen as the research method.
