Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Spinální jednotka analyzovala problematiku klientů ve vztahu k sociální oblasti. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo shromáždit údaje o informovanosti klientů ve vztahu k uplatňování nároků na sociální dávky a sociální služby. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje tělesné postižení a spinální traumata. Charakteristiku a specifika spinální jednotky. Zároveň zde bylo poukázáno na to, jaké možnosti mají lidé po akutním úraze ve využití sociálních dávek a sociálních služeb. Praktická část byla zaměřena na průzkumové šetření, které bylo uskutečněno metodou strukturovaného rozhovoru, kde byly kladeny otázky dle předem připraveného dotazníku. Zúčastnilo se celkem 45 respondentů, kteří byli hospitalizováni na spinální jednotce. Z údajů získaných pomocí otázek kladených při rozhovoru mimo jiné vyplynulo, že informovanost klientů je nedostačující. Za velký přínos bakalářské práce považuji zaměření pracovníků vedení oddělení spinální jednotky na sociální oblast ve vztahu ke klientům, kteří z plného zdraví zůstali upoutáni na lůžko či invalidní vozík, aby se co nejlepším způsobem vrátili do běžného života.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis analyzed problems of clients of spinal unit in relation to social sphere. An aim of this thesis was to collect data on clients awareness in relation to claims for social security benefits and social services. The thesis is divided into the two parts: theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes physical disability and spinal trauma. Characteristics and specifics of the spinal unit. Concurrently, it was suggested what options people have after acute injury in the use of social benefits and social services. The practical part was focused on survey, which was carried out using a structured interview, where the questions were given beforehand of the prepared questionnaire. A total of 45 participated respondents were hospitalized at the spinal unit. From the data obtained through the questions asked during the interview, was revealed that informations given to clients is insufficient. For the great contribution of this thesis I consider, focus of personnel management department of the spinal unit at the social sector in relation to clients, who from full health remained bedridden or wheelchair got the best way back to normal life.
