Bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem společenské odpovědnosti podniků. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. The bachelor thesis deals with the concept of corporate social responsibility. The paper is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part focuses on characteristics of the CSR concept, its historical development, main benefits of the concept and last but not least a comparison of CSR concepts in the Czech Republic and abroad.
