Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza institutu uznání a výkonu cizího rozhodčího nálezu v praxi rozhodčích soudů. Základní právní předpisy, o které se tato práce opírá je tuzemský Zákon o rozhodčím řízení, Zákon o mezinárodním právu soukromém a Úmluva o uznání a výkonu cizích rozhodčích nálezů neboli Newyorská úmluva. Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitration award in practice of arbitration courts. The basic piece of legislation underpinning this thesis is the domestic Arbitration Act, the Private International Law Act and the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, or the New York Convention.
