Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací ošetřovatelského personálu v přímé péči o pacienta v hospicové péči, konkrétně u profese všeobecných sester. V teoretické části je popsána paliativní a hospicová péče, všeobecná sestra v paliativní a hospicové péči, pracovní motivace a spokojenost.
