Abstract:

Úvod: V této kapitole je vysvětlení volby mého tématu a nahlédnutí do problematiky tohoto onemocnění. Práce se zabývá popisem cévní mozkové příhody, její diagnostikou a léčbou. Dále se zaobírám popisem fyzioterapie v jednotlivých stádiích onemocnění. Cíl práce: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie u cévní mozkové příhody, a to správně zvolenými postupy, koncepty a metodami u vybraného pacienta. Metodika: V práci se nachází kazuistická práce pacienta po prodělané cévní mozkové příhodě. Proveden byl vstupní kineziologický rozbor s následným krátkodobým fyzioterapeutickým plánem. V další části se nachází popis terapií. Na závěr byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor a navržen byl dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. V průběhu terapií jsem využila metody PNF, ACT, DNS, facilitační techniky na horní i dolní končetinu. Celkem jsme s pacientem realizovali 12 terapií. Výsledky: U pacienta došlo ke zlepšení vertikalizace a stability chůze za pomoci čtyřkolového chodítka. Dále došlo ke zlepšení rozsahů pohybů, svalové síly a jemné motoriky s úchopy. Závěr: Sestavením krátkodobého plánu na míru pacientovi došlo ke zlepšení pacientova stavu.

Abstract:

Introduction: In this chapter, I will explain why I chose this topic and also provide an insight into the problematice of this disease. The work deals with the description of stroke, its diagnosis and treatment. I also deal with the description of physiotherapy in various stages of the disease. The objective: The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to contribute to the solution of the issue of physiotherapy for stroke by correctly selected procedures, concepts and methods in a selected patient. Methodology: Thesis includes a case study of a patient after suffering a stroke. An initial kinesiological study was performer, followed by a short-term physiotherapy plan. After that comes a description of therapies. Finally, an output kinesiological analysis was performer and a long-term physiotherapy plan was proposed. During the therapy, I used methods PNF, ACT, DNS and facilitation techniques for the upper and lower limbs. In total, we performer a total of twelve therapies with the patient. Results: The patient's verticalization and gait stability were improved with the help of a four-wheeled walker. Furthemore, the range of motion, muscle strength and fine motor skills with grips have been improved. Conclusions: By drawing up a short-term plan matching the patient's needs, their condition improved.
