Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Lisabonskou smlouvou z hlediska jejích dopadů na fungování Evropské unie. Práce především popisuje základní změny vyplývající se vstupem v platnost tohoto dokumentu, ať už v podobě hlasovacího mechanismu Rady Evropské unie, či strukturální změny v institucích Evropské unie. Kromě popisu základních reforem plynoucích z Lisabonské smlouvy, se zde můžeme setkat s vývojem evropské zóny před okamžikem, kdy tato smlouva vstoupila v platnost. Stejně tak je zde dán prostor pro vyjádření k Lisabonské smlouvě, jak ze strany prezidenta České republiky, tak Ústavního soudu České republiky

Abstract:

This bachelor work deals with the Lisbon Treaty in terms its impact on the functioning of the European Union. The work mainly describes the the basic changes under the entry into force of this document, whether in the form of voting mechanism, the Council of the European Union, and structural changes in EU institutions. In addition to the description of basic reforms arising from the Lisbon Treaty, we meet here with the development of the European zone before the moment when the Treaty entered into force. Likewise, there is space for the expression given to the Lisbon Treaty, both the President of the Czech Republic and the Czech Constitutional Court.
