Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením obsahu karboxylových kyselin v medovinách. V teoretické části jsou popsány fyzikálně-chemické vlastnosti karboxylových kyselin a možnosti jejich stanovení ve vzorcích potravin, včetně možnosti úpravy vzorku před analýzou. This diploma thesis deals with the determination of carboxylic acids in meads. Theoretical part describes the physicochemical properties of carboxylic acids, possibilities of their determination in foodstuffs and including sample preparation before analysis.
