Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti a oceněním vybraného podniku. V práci je provedeno hodnocení výkonnosti podniku účetními a ekonomickými ukazateli, na základě jejichž výsledků jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku. This diploma thesis deals with performance evaluation and valuation of the selected company. The thesis evaluates the company's performance by financial and economic indicators, based on the results of which recommendations are made to improve the company's financial situation.
