Diplomová práce se zabývá staršími čítankami pro 9. ročník z let 2000 až 2010, které jsou na základních školách dodnes používány. Diploma thesis focuses on older reading books for 9th grade of lower secondary schools published in years 2000-2010 and used until nowadays. The first part of the thesis deals with reading books as specific types of textbooks and their functions, with literature as a subject in primary schools and Framework Education Programme, and with methodologies of contents analysis and questionnaire survey.
