This master thesis analyses the Czech anti-cartel policy and its effectiveness. Initially this thesis focuses on the economic theories of a cartel and questions the need for anti-cartel regulations. In the second chapter the Czech anti-cartel regulations and their legal application are described, additionally the efficiency of this regulation is also evaluated.
