Determination of criteria for selecting a suitable supplier in the printers of Mafra, a.s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stanovení kritérií pro vybrání vhodného dodavatele v tiskárnách společnosti Mafra, a.s. Teoretická část se věnuje nákupu, jeho cílům, faktorům majícím vliv na nákupní rozhodnutí a nákupním strategiím. Dále je objasněn pojem dodavatel, ABC analýza dodavatelů, jejich klasifikace a partnerství s dodavateli. Následně je již věnována pozornost stanovení kritérií, metodám výběru dodavatele a hodnocení dodavatelů. Na začátku praktické části jsou zpracovány základní informace o tiskárnách a společnosti Mafra, a.s. Dále jsou již zmíněny údaje o nákupním oddělení tiskáren, stávajících dodavatelích a vývoji trhu s papírem. Cílem práce je, z dat poskytnutých od ředitele tiskáren, vedoucího nákupu a člena controllingového oddělení, ze stávajících výběrových kritérií tiskáren společnosti Mafra, a.s. vyčlenit ta, která jsou stěžejní a mají zásadní význam na výběr správného dodavatele a dlouhodobou spolupráci s ním.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on determining the criteria for selecting a suitable supplier in the printers of Mafra, a.s. The theoretical part is devoted to purchasing, its goals, factors influencing purchasing decisions and purchasing strategies. Furthermore, the concept of supplier, ABC analysis of suppliers, their classification and partnership with suppliers is clarified. In conclusion, attention is paid to establishing criteria, supplier selection methods and supplier evaluation. At the beginning of the practical part, basic information about printers and the Mafra, a.s. is processed. Furthermore, there are mentioned data on the purchasing department of printers, current suppliers, and the development of the paper market. The aim of the work is, from the data provided by the director of printers, the head of purchasing and a member of the controlling department, from the existing selection criteria of the printers of the Mafra, a.s. to single out those that are pivotal and of fundamental importance for choosing the right supplier and long-term cooperation with him
