Předmětem diplomové práce je dvanácté belgické předsednictví EU. Belgie se ho v druhé polovině roku 2010 ujala v kontextu jak změn daných Lisabonskou smlouvou, tak dvou krizí: vnitropolitické i celounijní ekonomické. Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the twelfth Belgian Presidency of the EU. Belgium inherited the Presidency in the second half of 2010 when the changes brought by the Treaty of Lisbon came into effect, and during the two crises of domestic policy and EU-wide economy.
