Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením prenylovaných flavonoidů v chmelu a pivu s využitím HPLC a HPLC/MS.
Abstract:
The bachelor work is focused on determination of prenylated flavonoids in hops and beer using HPLC a HPLC/MS.
