Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výklad mezinárodních smluv. Popisuje jednotlivé interpretační metody z pohledu teorie práva, charakterizuje úmluvy a prostředí mezinárodního smluvního práva a srovnává různé přístupy k interpretaci. This thesis focuses on international treaty interpretation. It describes relevant methods of interpretation within legal theory, explores the international law of treaties and compares various approaches to treaty interpretation.
