Simulating "Cross site scripting" security vulnerability in web applications
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvořit výukový systém pro testování bezpečnostní chyby Cross-Site scripting ohrožující webové aplikace. Systém má za úkol objasnit techniky útoků, ukázat možné dopady zneužití a předvést způsoby obrany aplikace před touto chybou. Výuková aplikace je určena k zpestření a usnadnění výuky tvorby webových aplikací na Ostravské univerzitě.
Abstract:
The goal of the work is to create the educational system for testing the Cross-site scripting security breach targeting web applications. The system will explain various techniques used in attacks, point out possible impacts and will also demonstrate methods of defense against this type of vulnerability.
