Renewable energy utilization in China (with emphasis on hydropower)

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou energetickou situací v Číně s důrazem na důležitost obnovitelných zdrojů, které budou hrát v budoucnosti čím dál významnější roli. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je charakterizovat současnou situaci (období od 2015 do poloviny roku 2017) v sektoru obnovitelných zdrojů energie v Číně se zaměřením na hydroenergetiku, její význam pro ČLR a problémy, které s sebou tento způsob získávání elektrické energie přináší. Dalším cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři pohled na celkový stav energetiky v Číně a význam obnovitelných zdrojů v budoucnosti a také objasnit důležitost 13. pětiletky v rámci plánování, kam se čínský energetický sektor bude ubírat v následujících letech. V první kapitole jsou teoreticky vymezeny obnovitelné zdroje energie a jejich základní rozdělení. Druhá část práce analyzuje vývoj energetického sektoru Číny, podíly jednotlivých zdrojů energie na čínském energetickém mixu, s důrazem na roli obnovitelných zdrojů. Poslední kapitola se detailně věnuje hydroenergetice.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the current energy situation in China, emphasizing the importance of renewable resources, which will play an increasingly important role in the future. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to characterize the current situation (from 2015 to mid-2017) in the renewable energy sector in China with a focus on hydro power, its importance for the China and the problems that this way brings about. Another aim of the diploma thesis is to provide the reader with an overview of China's overall energy status and the importance of renewable sources in the future, as well as clarifying the importance of the 13th five-year plan in the planning of the Chinese energy sector over the coming years. In the first chapter are theoretically defined renewable energy sources. The second part analyzes the development of China's energy sector, the share of particular energy sources in the Chinese energy mix, with an emphasis on the role of renewable resources. The last chapter deals in detail with hydropower.
