The main object of diploma work exploration is the introduction of bank loan costs, the analyse and the comparison of loan prices from the aspect of mortgages in chosen Slovak banks. Inasmuch as there have been the largest changes in this type of bank-loan in the last years, it deals in detail of mortgage-costs trends in chosen banks. Predmetom skúmania práce je problematika vývoja cien úverových produktov banky, analýza a porovnanie cien úverov z aspektu hypotekárnych úverov vo vybraných bankách v Slovenskej republike.
