Bakalářská práce je věnována italské gastronomii. Cílem práce je porovnat názory manažerů italských restaurací s názory pravidelných zákazníků na kvalitu italské kuchyně v Praze. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je zjištění, zdali se v italských restauracích připravuje pokrm z originálních a kvalitních italských surovin. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is focused on Italian gastronomy. The goal of the thesis is to compare the opinions of managers of the so called Italian restaurants in Prague with the opinions of regular customers on the quality of Italian cuisine in Prague.
