Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pojem spravedlivý důvod v § 1729 odst. 1 OZ. Práce začíná obecným pojetím předsmluvní odpovědnosti včetně dřívější zákonné úpravy, dále je rozebrán inspirační zdroj § 1729 odst. 1 OZ, který zavedl do právního řádu pojem spravedlivý důvod. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the concept of fair reason in § 1729/1 CC. The thesis starts with the general concept of precontractual liability, including the earlier statutory regulation, and then discusses the inspiration source of § 1729/1 CC, which introduced the concept of fair reason into the legal system.
