Abstract:
Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři teoretické a tři praktické kapitoly. Práce je koncipována tak, aby čtenáře provedla teoretickým základem, také zahrnujícím vysvětlení pojmu daňový únik, směrem k charakteristice DPH a následně definuje ochranné nástroje v boji proti daňovým únikům na DPH. The thesis is divided into three theoretical and three practical chapters. The work is designed to provide the reader with a theoretical basis, also including an explanation of the concept of tax evasion, towards the characteristics of VAT and subsequently defining the protective instruments in the fight against VAT evasion.
