Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je regulace reklamy v České republice. Reklama je v současnosti všudypřítomný jev, který zasahuje celou lidskou společnost. Ve snaze zaujmout potenciální zákazníky a prodat produkt vymýšlejí reklamní tvůrci co nejoriginálnější reklamy, které se však mohou dostat do konfliktu s právními a etickými předpisy.
