Cíl diplomové práce "Využití opatření obecné povahy při územním plánování" je zaměřen na využití opatření obecné povahy ve vztahu k stavebnímu zákonu, konkrétně územnímu plánování v České republice. V jednotlivých kapitolách je rozebráno opatření obecné povahy a instituty územního plánování. V poslední kapitole je popsán přezkum opatření obecné povahy.
